Sweet Tea Vodka
.50 oz
White Creme de Cacao
3 scoops
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
2 oz
Le Tourment Vert Absinthe
 
Whipped Cream
6 oz
Sugar
1 oz
Water

Create a small batch of Le Tourment Vert simple syrup by combining sugar with 2 oz of Le Tourment Vert and water in a squeeze bottle and freeze for 30 minutes. Take a frozen Collins glass and drizzle the icy mixture inside of the glass. Place back in the freezer. In a blender combine Sweet Tea Vodka, White Creme de Cacao and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Blend for two minutes and portion into frozen Collins glass. Top with whipped cream and frozen Le Tourment Vert simple syrup.
