Le Tourment Vert absinthe
1/2 oz.
lemon juice
3/4 oz.
simple syrup
1 oz.
silver sake
Glass:
Chilled martini glass

Add ingredients and ice to a shaker.

Shake the mixture well.

Slice a lemon peel, twist into a chilled martini glass.

Strain and serve in chilled martini glass.
